Ingredient Notes
- Olive Oil
- Chickpeas: You can use canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed) or home-cooked ones.

How to Make Chipotle Roasted Chickpeas
- Preheat your oven to 450°F.
- Dry the chickpeas.
- Toss with seasonings.
- Roast.
- Cool and taste.

Variations
- Everything seasoning: Swap chipotle powder for everything bagel spice for a savory twist.
- Air fryer: 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Sweet & spicy: Add a teaspoon of maple syrup before baking for a sweet heat combo.
TIPS
- Pat dry. Pat dry the chickpeas thoroughly with paper towels or an old kitchen towel before putting them in the oven, because the less moisture they have the more crunch.
