Easy And Delicious Mushroom Tacos De Alambre Recipe

- 8 skewers
Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers any color, cut into large pieces
- 1 onion cut into large pieces
- 200 g mushrooms any kind, whole or halved if large
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt to taste
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Guacamole recipe salsa, and cilantro for serving
Instructions
- Skewer the bell pepper pieces, onion pieces, and mushrooms, alternating them on the skewers.
- Drizzle the skewers with lime juice and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- Place the skewers on a hot grill. Cook until the mushrooms are tender and the vegetables are slightly charred, about 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and take the vegetables off the skewers. Serve the grilled vegetables on warm corn tortillas.
- Add guacamole, salsa, and fresh cilantro to taste.
