Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup chickpeas or 1 can drained
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- ¼ cup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vegan mayo
- 4 slices Sandwich bread
- Lettuce and sliced cucumber
- Optional toppings: avocado,tomato slices, red onion, pickles
Instructions
- Make the buffalo sauce in a pan by combining the hot sauce, butter, onion and garlic powder until well integrated.
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and add them to the buffalo sauce. Let them cook for five to seven minutes, then give them a good smash with a fork until they’re chunky but not pureed.
- Spread your bread mayo and then layer with lettuce, the chickpea mixture, cucumbers, and any optional toppings you love. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
