Instructions
Make the buffalo sauce in a pan by combining the hot sauce, butter, onion and garlic powder until well integrated.
Drain and rinse the chickpeas, and add them to the buffalo sauce. Let them cook for five to seven minutes, then give them a good smash with a fork until they're chunky but not pureed.
Spread your bread mayo and then layer with lettuce, the chickpea mixture, cucumbers, and any optional toppings you love. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
If you like a bit of crunch, toast your bread in a pan or toaster before making the sandwich.
