This salad combines fresh lettuce, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives and pepperoncini, salami, and vegan parmesan cheese, all tossed in a homemade Italian dressing.

How to make Italian salad

First, chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Halve the tomatoes and place the rest of the ingredients on top of the lettuce bed.

Gradually add the dressing and mix with your hands or salad dressing. Be careful not to overdress the salad; under no circumstances should any dressing be left on the bottom of the plate.
