Ingredients

  • Aperol
  • Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine.
  • Strawberries, use frozen or fresh. If the strawberries are not at their peak, add a little simple syrup when blending.
  • Mineral water
  • Orange slice

How to make strawberry Aperol spritz

Start by blending the Aperol with the strawberries, and pour it into a large wine glass or a wide glass filled with ice. Add the Prosecco, a mineral water splash. Finish with a slice of orange and garnish with a fresh strawberry.

Tips to make the best recipe

The perfect ratio to make a cocktail with Aperol is 3:2:1. Three parts Prosecco, two parts Aperol and one part club soda or mineral water.

If you don’t have club soda, use mineral water. It will have less gas, but it still works.

Accompany this drink with salsa and chips, a good summer burger, or a good pasta with pesto.

In short, the Strawberry Aperol Spritz is a delicious, refreshing, and easy-to-prepare cocktail that combines the essence of the classic Aperol Spritz
