I recently tried a new recipe that puts a unique spin on the classic Aperol Spritz. It's called the Strawberry Aperol Spritz and it's quickly become one of my go-to summer cocktails.

Home Cook to Home Cook Tips
Frozen berries? Let them sit out for 5–10 min before blending. They’ll blend smoother.
No blender? Muddle or mash the strawberries really well, or just infuse the Aperol for 15–30 min with chopped strawberries and strain.
Want more bubbles? Use club soda instead of mineral water.
Serving a crowd? Keep the Prosecco and mineral water chilled separately, then pour over the strawberry-Aperol base right before serving for max fizz.
