  • 1 tablespoon MCT or regular coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave or one pitted date

  • 1 teaspoon golden spice mix

Notes

  • You can double or triple the recipe with no problem.
  • If the milk or coffee is very cold, the coconut oil may form lumps.
