This golden latte, golden coffee recipe with turmeric is the perfect way to combine the best of two worlds, coffee and all the benefits of turmeric.

MCT or regular coconut oil

maple syrup or agave or one pitted date

Instructions
To make a delicious drink, blend all the ingredients until smooth. You can serve it over ice or enjoy it warm.
Notes
You can double or triple the recipe with no problem.
If the milk or coffee is very cold, the coconut oil may form lumps.
That's why blending everything and then serving it in a glass with ice is better.
