These vegan chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies combine perfectly delicious and classic flavors. The cookies have crispy edges and a soft, delicious center.
You can get the peanut butter chips at the supermarket or on Amazon. If you can’t get them, use chopped peanuts, any chocolate bar with peanut butter, or peanut butter M&M’s.
How to make the cookies?
Start by beating the butter with the sugar, vanilla, and milk. Add the powders and then the chips.
Bake until the cookies are golden brown around the edges.
CHOCOLATE AND PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS VEGAN COOKIES
These cookies are the perfect combination of chocolate chip and peanut butter chip cookies. Every bite becomes a unique experience, where the blend of flavors impresses.

Ingredients
- 150 gr vegan butter one 120 gr stick plus 2 tablespoons
- 1 cup cane sugar
- 1/4 cup rice or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- In a small bowl, measure the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Mix and set aside.
- Using a mixer, start by mixing the butter and sugar.
- Once well mixed, add the vanilla, milk, and then gradually the dry ingredients.
- Add the chocolateand peanut butter chips, mix well.
- Prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper and divide the dough into similar portions.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
