How to prepare asparagus

- If the asparagus is thick, peel it with a vegetable peeler to remove the tough, fibrous outer layer.
- Dry the asparagus with a paper towel or clean cloth before cooking.
- Once you have prepared the asparagus, you can cook it in any way you prefer, either roasted, boiled, sautéed, or steamed.
