About this recipe
I have to confess that I made this salad after reading what models eat before a runway show. This mouthwatering salad is an absolute delight. It’s incredibly simple to prepare, and every mouthful is bursting with essential vitamins and minerals. As a mom, the ability to provide my kids with a nutritious and delicious meal is a source of immense joy and satisfaction.
The versatility of this salad is another reason to love it – you can use any selection of chopped vegetables to create a quick and effortless lunch.

Hummus green salad ingredients
- Raw broccoli
- Brussel sprouts
- Kale or shredded cabbage
- For the cabbage, I used savoy cabbage, but any type will do.
For this salad, I chose greens belonging to the Brassicas family, which are full of nutrients and good for the body. However, any greens will do. Isn’t that amazing? Every bite you take is packed with nutrients; you can prepare many recipes with them. Have you tried kale pesto?
