Apart from giving a sweet and refreshing touch to the smoothie, strawberries are a bomb of antioxidants, such as vitamin C and anthocyanins, which protect you against free radicals.

How to make a smoothie with berries?

Step 1: The first step is to put the blackberries. I used cherries and blueberries. But you can use strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc. Whatever you have at home.

Ingredients
  

  • cup frozen cherries
  • cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¼ cup vanilla-flavored vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup orange juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything and serve immediately.

Notes

Substitute cherries with frozen strawberries.
Or you can add strawberries as well.
If you want, you can add frozen cauliflower, kale, or spinach.
Use almond milk or coconut water instead of orange juice.
