4 tips to make the best vegan cupcakes

  • Don’t over-mix the batter. You mustn’t mix and mix and mix the batter. It is better if you mix in parts, first mix the dry ingredients, then the liquids and then put them together and mix until everything is well integrated.
  • Grease the pan or use good paper liners. A super common mistake is not greasing enough the muffin tray or using cheap muffin papers. Always buy non-stick liners; if you have doubts, spray a little oil in them.
  • Another very common mistake is to overfill the cupcake space. It is best to fill each cupcake half or a maximum of 3/4. This mixture rises a lot.
  • Remove them from the baking tray for cooling. When they come out of the oven, put them on a separate baking sheet or rack to cool. If you leave them in the muffin tray, they will continue to cook.
