There are many reasons to make air fryer mushrooms. I love how they complement a meal or bring that flavorful and meaty texture to a dish.

Mushrooms are the perfect vegetable to have air-fried and ready in the fridge when in a hurry.

Think about it; you could add them to soups or finish a soup instead of croutons, you could make a sandwich or add them to tacos or eat with your rajas con crema.

Add them to your favorite pasta or make a garlicky guajillo pepper pasta with them.
