- Skillet: Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cut the broccoli into small florets and add them to the pan. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt. Let the broccoli cook for 8-10 minutes, or until it is golden brown on all sides.

Brócoli Asado con Salsa de Cacahuate

- Agua caliente para ajustar consistencia
Instructions
- Precalienta el horno, air fryer o sartén a 200 °C (400 °F).
- Corta el brócoli en floretes parejos. Mezcla con aceite vegetal y sal.
- Asa el brócoli: en air fryer 10 a 12 min (moviendo a la mitad), en sartén 8 a 10 min, o en horno 15 a 20 min.
- Mientras tanto, mezcla todos los ingredientes de la salsa. Agrega agua caliente poco a poco hasta que quede cremosa y fluida.
- Sirve el brócoli caliente con la salsa de cacahuate encima. Espolvorea cacahuate picado y cebollín.
Notes
- No amontones el brócoli en la charola.
- Necesita espacio para dorarse.
- La salsa se espesa en el refrigerador. Agrégale agua caliente antes de usar.
- Puedes usar crema de almendra o semilla de girasol en lugar de cacahuate.
