tips for the best homemade nice cream
- Freeze like a pro: Slice bananas flat on a parchment-lined baking sheet before freezing. This makes blending way easier.
- Blender tip: Use the tamper on a high-speed blender to help push the fruit down. Don’t walk away—the mixture blends fast!
- To make it extra special, Top with coconut flakes, cacao nibs, chopped almonds, or raspberry jam.
Variations
- Mixed Berry Nice Cream: Replace some strawberries with blueberries, blackberries, or raspberries.
- Chocolate Banana: Add cocoa powder or chocolate chips.
- Tropical: Swap strawberries for mango or pineapple.
