This strawberry banana nice cream is creamy, sweet, and made with just two ingredients—bananas and strawberries. It’s so healthy you can even serve it for breakfast!
Prep your fruit: Peel and slice ripe bananas. Freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight. If using frozen strawberries, let them thaw slightly.
Blend: Add frozen bananas and strawberries to a food processor or high-speed blender. Pulse or blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoopable consistency.
Notes
For best results, freeze banana slices flat on a parchment-lined tray before storing them in a bag or container.
If your blender needs help, add a splash of almond milk or water.
Top with granola, coconut flakes, or drizzle with almond butter for extra fun!
