Easy Vegan Chocolate mousse
This easy vegan chocolate mousse is one of my favorite recipes. It is so easy to prepare, it comes together really fast and it always turns out delicious.

Ingredients
3/4
cup
almond milk
1½
cup
semi-sweet chocolate chopped or chocolate chips
I always buy organic and Fair Trade Certified
1-12 oz
silken tofu
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla
a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Heat the milk in a saucer or small pot.
Melt the chocolate in a double broiler.
Add the milk, melted chocolate, vanilla and tofu to the blender and blend until smooth. Add a pinch of salt if you like.
Pour the mousse into individual molds or cocottes and put it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Finish with your favorite topping.
