Ingredients
1 ½cupsfrozen pineapple chunksor fresh
¼cupfresh mint leavesor spearmint
1jalapeñoor serrano for extra spice
2tablespoonsagave syrupor coconut sugar
3tablespoonsfresh lime juiceor lemon juice
½ - 1cupwater or pineapple juice
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If needed, add more water for a thinner consistency.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of each glass, dip in salt, and let dry.
