This Roasted Habanero Mango Salsa is the perfect balance of sweet and heat! The habaneros give it a nice kick, while the mango adds a sweetness that takes the edge off the spice.
Place ingredients on a baking sheet, cover with oil and season with salt. Roast at a 400ºF oven until all of them are completely charred. Blend in a food processor with the vinegar and check for seasoning. Adjust if necessary.

For ideal preservation, store in a tightly sealed jar. It will last upto 3 months in the fridge.
