Ingredients
For the mocktail:
4cupspineapplepeeled and cubed (fresh or frozen)
11-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
4cupswater
1/4cupcoconut sugaror substitute maple syrup or cane sugar
Mix the coconut sugar, salt, and chili powder (if using) on a small plate. Rub the cut side of the lemon around each glass rim, then dip into the mixture. Twist to coat well.
Blend the drink:
In a high-speed blender, combine the pineapple, ginger, water, and coconut sugar. Blend until smooth.
Strain (optional):
