Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix the cocoa, all-purpose flour, ground flax seeds, salt, baking powder and sugar.
In another bowl mix the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla, maple syrup and milk.
Pour the liquid mix over the dry mix. Mix and when everything is well-integrated add the chocolate chips. Empty the the mixture to the brownie mold and flatten the top with a spatula.
Put in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top of the brownies start looking shiny.
