This golden latte is my favorite way to start the morning. It is coffee blended with plant milk, turmeric and a warming spice mix that makes it taste incredible. Everything goes in the blender and it is ready in 5 minutes. Creamy, frothy and with a beautiful golden color. You can have it hot or pour it over ice. Once you try it, it becomes part of your daily routine.

Ingredients
¾cupstrong brewed coffee or espressohot or cold
¼cupplant milkalmond, oat or soy, hot or cold
1tablespooncoconut oilMCT or regular
1teaspoonmaple syrupagave or 1 pitted date
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1teaspoongolden spice blend
Instructions
Make the coffee. Brew a strong americano or espresso. If you want an iced version, use coffee you already have in the fridge.
Blend everything. Add the coffee, plant milk, coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla and golden spice blend to the blender. Blend for about 30 seconds until frothy and well combined.
Serve. For iced, pour over a glass full of ice. For hot, pour directly into your favorite mug.
Notes
You can double or triple the recipe easily.
If making it iced, always blend first and then pour over ice. Adding coconut oil directly to very cold liquid can make it clumpy.
Do not skip the black pepper in the spice blend. It helps your body absorb curcumin up to 2000 times better.
Oat milk makes this latte extra creamy.
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days in a sealed jar. Shake well before drinking.
