Ingredients
For a single batch (1x), double or triple as needed:
1tbspclassic chai tea
8ozboiling water(you can use plant-based milk as well)
¼cupchia seeds
2tbspcoconut sugar
½tspvanilla powder
1cupfreshly brewed chai tea
Instructions
Brew the chai tea: Add 1 tablespoon of classic chai tea to a teapot with a diffuser. Pour 8 oz of boiling water over it and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Prepare the chia mix: In a mixing bowl, combine the chia seeds, coconut sugar, and vanilla powder.
Combine: Pour the freshly brewed chai tea over the chia seed mixture and whisk well to prevent clumping.
Rest & thicken: Let the mixture sit for at least two hours, or refrigerate overnight for the best texture.
