Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, apple spice mix and a pinch of salt.
Add the wet ingredients: In a smaller bowl, whisk together maple syrup, vegetable oil, and apple puree.
Combine everything: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring until fully coated. Add the diced apples.
Bake: Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp.
Cool and Store: Let the granola cool completely before storing it in an airtight container.
