Ingredients
1 ½cupblack beansor one can, drained
1cuppineapple, diced
3/4cupred onion, diced
1avocadodiced
a handful of chopped cilantro
1tablespoonchopped jalapenoor more, depending on your taste
1/2teaspoonsea salt
1lime, juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except the avocado. Season with lime juice and salt. Taste and adjust if necessary.Add the diced avocado and mix carefully.
Serve immediately.
