MEZCAL PALOMA

Ingredients
- 2 ounces of mezcal
- 3 ounces of grapefruit juice
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- Grapefruit soda
- Salt for rimming
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Grapefruit wedges for garnish
- Pinch of salt
- Ice
Instructions
- Rub the rim of the glass with lime and then pass it through salt or tajín.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- In a separate jug or glass, add the mezcal, grapefruit juice and lime juice. Mix and pour into the glass.
- Fill the rest of the glass with grapefruit soda.
- Decorate with a slice of lime or grapefruit.
