Ingredients

cup
of hazelnuts
3
cups
of water
3-4
tablespoons
of cocoa
2
tablespoons
maple syrup or agave syrup
1/4
teaspoon
vanilla extract
a pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Soak the hazelnuts in cool, filtered water for 6-8 hours or overnight.
When time passes, drain and blend very well with the three cups of clean water.
Add the cocoa, maple syrup, vanilla and a pinch of salt. Blend again and taste, adjust the flavor if necessary.
In a wide-mouth jar, a bowl or a jug, put a mesh to make milk, an old kitchen towel or a very fine strainer. Strain the milk
Serve cold or on ice.
