Ingredients
1
bottle rosé wine
chilled (choose a fruity, not-too-dry rosé)
1
green apple
thinly sliced with a mandoline
1
ripe nectarine or peach
thinly sliced with a mandoline
A handful of mint leaves
1
–1½ cups sparkling water
plain or flavored
Optional sweetener: 1–2 tbsp agave syrup
sugar, or peach juice (only if needed)
Instructions
Chill your ingredients: Make sure the wine and sparkling water are very cold before starting.
Prep the fruit: Thinly slice the apple and nectarine using a mandoline for quick and even slices.
Combine: In a large pitcher, add the fruit slices and mint leaves. Pour in the cold rosé.
Add bubbles: Just before serving, add the sparkling water for that refreshing fizz.
Taste and adjust: If it needs more sweetness, stir in your chosen sweetener to taste.
Serve cold: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately—no ice needed!
