Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Turn off the heat.
Sauté the shallots in a large saucepan in olive oil and butter until softened, about 5 minutes. Add the frozen peas, lemon juice, and a big pinch of salt. Add the lemon zest and mint leaves. Turn the heat off and add the pasta, mix, and taste.
