This red cabbage salad recipe is one of the yummiest recipes I've tried. The best thing is that besides being delish it is super easy to make and mega nutritious.
Add the sliced purple cabbage to a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the rice vinegar and the maple syrup. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Add the dressing to the sliced red cabbage and mix. Top with the basil and cashews.
Notes
This salad is best eaten immediately. If you have leftovers, store them in a glass container for one or two days.This recipe is adapted from the "Dharma Feast Cookbook"
