Ingredients
1cupAperol
1cupProsecco
1cupSparkling water
1cupSimple syrup
1cupOrange juice
1Orange slice to serve
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients in a pitcher and taste. Pour the mix into the dish and freeze for two hours minimum.Scrape the granita with a fork or spoon. SErve and top with an orange slice.
Notes
To make simple syrup:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water
Instructions:
Combine the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir the mixture gently until the sugar is completely dissolved. Make sure not to let the mixture come to a boil, as this can cause the sugar to caramelize or create a thicker syrup than intended.
