9ozsemi-sweet baking chocolatedivided
1/3cupof peanut butter or almond butter
2tablespoons powdered sugar
Toppings *optional
Maldon salt
Dried rose petals
Candied sugar
Instructions
In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
In a small bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix well.
Line a muffin pan with paper liners or spray oil your muffin tin.
Spoon about a teaspoon of melted chocolate; repeat in all liners and let it set.
Add about a teaspoon of the peanut butter mix. Cover with melted dark chocolate and finish with your favorite topping.
Notes
Make sure your chocolate is dairy-free by reading your labels.
If your peanut butter is unsalted, add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter-confectioners sugar mix.
If your chocolate is not melting smoothly and clumps, add a tablespoon of coconut oil.
