Put the ingredients in the food processor and pulse several times until everything is well integrated.
Shape the meatballs and put them on a baking sheet. Bake.
Cut your baguette, slice it in half, and place the meatballs. Bathe with homemade tomato sauce.
Cover with mozzarella or other cheese that melts. Place in the oven until the cheese melts, and finish with basil leaves. Enjoy!
